By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.

2. Product Information and Pricing

• We strive to display Product colors and images as accurately as possible, but screen variations may occur.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any Product at any time.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

• Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price.
• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, errors in Product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

• Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• We ship Products globally. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our Products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned Product is received and inspected.
• For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service at support@goveyra.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Goveyra or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws-10.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not transmit any viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that could interfere with the Site’s operation.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Guangzhou, China for resolution-5.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire and sole agreement between you and Goveyra regarding the Site and Products, and supersede all prior communications and proposals-1.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
