At Goveyra, we take great care to hand-pack your order and ship it to you as efficiently as possible. This policy details our shipping process, timelines, and fees.

1. Processing Time

  • All our products are carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch.
  • After you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and packaging before it is handed over to our shipping carrier.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • We are proud to ship our handwoven creations worldwide.
  • We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS to ensure reliable delivery. The available carriers and options will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
  • Delivery estimates are provided as a reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates. They begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
  • You can also log into your account on our website to view the latest tracking status.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

  • Important: For international orders (outside of China), your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
  • Goveyra has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be.
  • The recipient is solely responsible for paying all such charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require an additional payment of shipping fees.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

  • While rare, delays can occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier logistical issues.
  • If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 15 business days for standard shipping), please contact us at support@goveyra.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • For orders confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will either reship the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
