At Goveyra, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns for purchases made on https://store.goveyra.com.
1. Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns of unused, non-personalized items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and custom-made reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Any product not in its original condition or missing tags/packaging.
4. Refund Processing
- Timing: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for inspection and processing. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
